4.    Have you always lived in FNQ? If not, where did you come from and how long have you been here: I was born in Rarotonga in the Cook Islands, lived for many years in New Zealand, went back to Rarotonga and moved to Cairns in 1995. 
5.    How long have you been working with us: Just over two years.
6.    How did you come to be working with us: There was a change of ownership of the place I was working, so I dropped my resume off at Sea Breeze Cafe, and I was driving to Edmonton to go to the pub. I got the phone call from Steve to come in for an interview, so I turned the car around and came straight in, the rest is history.
7.    Star sign: Aries
8.    Interest, hobbies, past-times: I love rugby, tennis, volleyball, fishing and planting in my garden
9.    Tell us about your family – kids, grandkids, great grandkids? I have three children and seven beautiful grannies.
10. What do you enjoy about working with us? That I get to be creative and make beautiful food for people to eat.
